    Integrated Modem installation

    It would be very helpful if you could give more info on the Operating system that you are running, the brand and type(ie bus type;ISA, PCI , etc ). If it is a relatively new modem then you may not be seating the card properly in the port.Most later Windows O/s's should 'Plug and Play' find it...
