    Can't Install Backup Exec

    I have the evaluation edition of Backup Exec Windows Nt and 2000 and I am trying to install it on a single computer running Windows XP Pro. I am the administrator and Backup Exec will not except my password during the install when it gets to service. Anyone have any suggestions? Many thanks
