    Not able to receive mail in Outlook.

    For some reason my email is not downloading in Outlook. It will send, though. I've tried the self-test in Outlook, but it says it is able to connect to both my incoming and outgoing email servers. Has any had this problem or does anyone know why this could be happening? Thanks.
