External call with music on hold
Hi, I'm a new member of this forum and a new user of Cisco Callmanager 3.3(4). I've a problem with incoming calls. When I receive a new call my old PABX inserts a music on hold for the caller and secretary's telephone keeps on ringing. Can I reproduce it with callmanager and 7960 telephone? Thanks.- deboroh
