Try this. Set the text box to able to grow and resize the text box that would allow for a single line printing. If it has more than one line, it will automatically grow. Good luck!
Thanks Trilix. The problem has been resolved. I updated the root password from the "Backup Manager," and resubmit the job from the "Job Status Manager." It seemed to work fine now. I value your great advice.
