    Using the DHCPEnabled WMI method

    I believe the problem here is once the IP address has changed you immediately lose connection with the pc and that's the reason why you don't get an alert that it has completed. On the local machine, you get the alert because it doesn't have to transmit across the network. Jesse

    Network Mapping of remote PC works in Debug mode only

    I am mapping to a remote pc to locate a file and read the contents of that file. When I run in real-time, I sometimes lose the network connection, even though the mapping remains active. IF I step the program in debug mode, everything works fine. Is there a timing issue? Thanks, Jesse
