    Netscape unable to create Network Socket Connection

    THANK YOU THANK YOU GL700. Reinstalled WIN98 over the current directory, uninstalled TCP/IP, all NIC adapters, tried installing new NIC. I figured try going online and you're the first person to actually have an answer that works!!!!
