    Thanks for info. reinstall of e explorer didn't work. removed and reinstalled videoo driver. So far sstable. will give it a few days and if OK you have solved it. if not I'll be back cheers

    Running outlook express 5 which was working fine but now when opening mail crashes to the blue screen of death withs this excepetion error. Nothing as far as I can tell has been changed on the computer since it worked fine. Any iddeas whats gone wrong please
