    Need help with InfoPath on the web submitting to a form library

    Hi, I'm looking to create InfoPath forms that are submitted to a Sharepoint form library and from the form library they will be reviewed and then submitted to a database. My problem is that a few end users will not have not have InfoPath. Is there an easy or packaged solution for this...
