Track call on merlin magix
Hi everyone. I first have to say that this a great forum. I been seraching for information on my phone system. I have 18 extensions and I have no idea if there is a way to track the time that each individual spends on incoming calls, out going calls, etc. Any solutions out there? Thanks- IMPACTCOMPUTERS
