    Yes, there's a half ring before AA intervenes. If I follow the procedure you describe (and thx for posting), am I correct in thinking I've turned off the pre-AA ring but not the post-AA ring. IOW, once AA sends the call to extension 19 (say), 19 will ring as usual? TIA

    Outside lines are picked up by AA. Number of rings set to zero. Actual rings before AA picks up, about 0.5. Any way to get it to be really zero rings before AA picks it up? TIA
