I was able to use your example above, but, I have an added issue --- my quantity has to be divided by 1,000 then multiplied by the progressive pricing. Would you please see if you can help me on this thread? http://www.tek-tips.com/viewthread.cfm?qid=1288683&page=1

Zathras, I think your reasoning is somewhat along the same lines but I don't know how to "assign a range name".

I haven't used Access in a couple of years. I created a DB some years ago where I did not want the users to be able to view/change the forms, queries, etc.
I only wanted them to be able to view the "finished" product and do the data input.
