    Thanks for the reply Thomas2000, However, when I am at the point of choosing the server farm(Without DB), the choices are greyed out and MSDE(With DB) is auto selected.

    Cannot install SPS2003 without MSDE...

    I am installing SPS2003 on IIS6 and SQLServer 2000 sp3a. This is a single server install. When I get to the selection of install db or not install db it is greyed out and defaulting to install(MSDE). Am I missing something here? Thanks.
