Yep, I just had a client who wanted to unlock the mailboxes on a M7100. I went here because I didn't think it was possible. Not sure why he didn't just use the operator set.- norteltechnician1

I have a CallPiolot 150/mini. I now have a message that reads (Mailbox Locked) (Contact Administration) Does anyone know the way to unlock these mailboxes. I tried http://www.tek-tips.com/viewthread.cfm?qid=824858 Not sure what to do after this it says all keys are "invalid". Thanks.- norteltechnician1
