Is it possible to identify the user logged on to the PC within a Select criteria?
The report is to be deployed via an intranet using IE5/6, but I'm not sure what version of Crystal we have on the server. I want the report to only show data pertaining to that logged on user.

What is the maximum number of records that can be used in a default value list for a parameter field? It seems to be cutting off after about 500, both in the available values list and the default values list.
I have a parameter field to choose a particular title. I have 3 fields where this title may appear. If the name appears in any of these fields, I wish to have the record displayed. I can do this for one field, but how do I do it for 3?
On my PC, the landscape report looks fine in design view. However, on another PC in design view, the report seems to be set to portrait, even though the print settings show landscape.
Does anybody know how to fix this?
Created a parameter field, selected the table/field that holds the list of default values, but it does not show all the values. It seems to be cutting off after record 523. Does anybody know if this is a limitation of Crystal 8.5?

I've managed to suppress only the first record of the whole recordset. Hence, the first instant of the group header shows the first record fine, and the details does not show this record. This works fine.
However, all subsequent instances of the group header show both records.
How do I...
I have an anticipated completion date, and a completion date. If the completion date is null, and the anticipated completion date is prior to the current date, I want the anticipated date to show up in bold red. Can someone please help with the formula?
Naith,
Thanks for your help, but unfortunately it did not fix the problem :(
For some reason, I still get a group heading on the bottom of the page with records commencing on the following page. Even by simply selecting Keep Together does not truly keep the group together (shouldn't it start...
I want to keep a group together, but if there is room for one record on the bottom of the page, I want begin printing on the bottom of the page. Microsoft Access does this quite well. Does anybody know how to do this?
I want to print a thicker line after the last record on each page. Is there a way to check if the record is the last for the page, and make the line thicker?
