Mounting an IDE-CDWRITER ON OPENSERVER - HELP
Hi all I am mounting a re-writable CD on an IDE-cdwriter under SCO-Openserver 5.0.6. However, the system only mounts it as readonly. Does anyone have a clue what I am doing wrong? I am not using mount with the -r option. I can mount a stiffy as the same filesystem (/mnt) with the same problem...- darryl777

IDE-CDWriter
Hi All I am experiencing writing to an IDE-CDWriter. I am using Openserver 5.0.6. I cannot use cdrecord as cdrecord ony writes to SCSI devices. I have heard that I should be using a utility called burncd. Does anyone know where I can locate this utility? Any assistance greatly appreciated.- darryl777
