We are in an 32 bit environment. I have tried the code provided by PHV (Environ("UserName") and Environ("ComputerName")) and this works in the XP environment but still does not work in the Windows 7 environment.

Bob, at this time I am not sure. It is a work application and I don't have direct access to the new environment at this time. Let's assume that is it not.
I did have access earlier today to test my appication and this is when I found the issue.
