Just another example of a problematic order that we had today: 24 oysters 4 California Rolls 4 Tuna Rolls 4 Yellowtail Sashimi 4 Tuna Sashimi Individual chits for this ticket would be 40 pieces of paper. A summary ticket would mean that the oysters would have not have chit to identify...- sushiguy
