User in Operator being Disabled ???
Hi I have the following Setup: A user Extn9551 in Hunt group called operator. All calls are sent to the group. the user beomes disabled from the hunt group for no apprent reason.She is using softconsole Thesoftware ver is 2.1(34) Please advise if anyone can assist- Divi0607

Hi Guys thanks for the Replies.... I have teh routes in place and i also have have teh PC gateway as teh IPO. I access this Site Via ISDN Dialup.i also use VNC to connect to the PC , i still cannot connect to the PV Via IPO Setting are :IP address, followed by Subnet mask , DHCP is set to...- Divi0607

Hi Guys i have a problem on one of my IPO Sites. They hav a 412 controller . i need to access the Admin PC via teh IP Ofice they are on the Same network.
