hp 2300 lost on network..
Ok.. it wouldnt even print a menu map. no light was a flashin on the network port. removed card reseated card.. reinitialized printer. replaced cable. put cable in different port in switch. got a green light. reinstalled printer drivers/printer definitions. it works fine. halleluliah...- martymainstreet

David.. thats a good thought. ive had that issue before too. problem is . on the config page normally it would show the ip address or the jetdirect card and it doesnt. i am doing this by remote access too which doesnt help. ive tried finding it using jetdirect utility and it comes up with a...- martymainstreet

hp 2300 lost on network..
hp laserjet 2300 was set up on network previously. through a rj45 to a switch hub.. (also 2 computers connected to that hub). now it cant see the printer on the network.. cannot find it or connect to it. any ideas?- martymainstreet
