    Things are changing, fast. But you are right they have been stagnant for years. http://www.telcotwo.com bill their internet hosted service as the Future of Call Accounting and I think they are right. Their service is rock solid and the very low cost.

    Personally I wouldn't bother with the development there are already a few on the market and some are so good it will be hard to compete. For your research I suggest you sign up a trial at www.telcotwo.com. See if you can do better than these guys and I will consider buying yours.
