    Message DB not initialized with Locale

    Hi all I get this error message in the SystemOut and SystemErr logs when i start the WebSphere Application Server telling me that the Message DB is not initialized with Locale. No messages is shown either in the WebSphere Status panel. Any advice anyone how to correct this? Best regards Jörgen
