    Phaser 850 noise

    Hi We have a Phaser 850 that at times makes pops/snap sound and does not print. And some time in the day it will start again ok. I believe their is a bind in the cleaning assys not going to home but have not been able to find it.( I have never been in front of the machine when it happens.)...
