Awesome...thanks. I know how to reach the hardware prompt via a phone and also have norstar remote utilities 9.0. Any chance you can provide some steps for configuring LEC service?- wfobou

Hello, Recently had the supercap/battery go out in our Norstar ICS system. Ordered and replaced mother board with new cap and cabinet then reloaded our backup. Put old modules back in. Everything working fine but what I believe is the DTI module has every light on it flashing! No clue why, Any...- wfobou
