Thanks for the help. I actually discovered I had the Home Search Assistant spyware and various other spyware. I used the following advice i found on the web:

I also used Spybot, Ad Aware and I just loaded and used MS...
I have a process that keeps loading, ieih.exe it is located in the Windows dir. I notice that this process chews up CPU utilization. What is it? How do I get rid of it? Can I just delete the file from Windows directory?

I keep getting "an internal application error has occurred"
message. I have Windows Media player version 9 . I tried upgrading to ver.10 but get the same message. I rolled back to ver. 9 but still get the same error. Any clues how to fix? Thanks,

p.s I have real player install and it runs fine.
