hey, i got it. found my vm ext on 44 and 45, added 46 and 47 to hunt group 7, and set xfer return to x10. thanks for the help on that, this thread and a couple others helped me. i will try the setting of the password asap and post results. thanks again all

on a partner acs r3 with vm r5, upgraded from a 2 port vm card to a 4 port vm card. after that, seem to have lost all but 1 vm port and incoming calls are not hitting x10, getting put into vm system, and transferred to AA. any ideas on what i need to do?, pretty new at this, go gentle
