Error when installing....SU0349
Here is the error message i get when installing Windows ME: Error SU0349 A mismatched SETUPX.DLL is loaded. Setup cannot continue. Quit all Windows and MS-DOS-based programs, and then try again. Or quit Windows and then run Setup from MS-DOS. I tried what it says but i didnt work. Any...- ps2rules

The icons on my desktop, in my computer, just about everywhere, are so screwed up. The icon pictures are changed to white with lots of black dots, stripes, etc.. You cant see what the icon is.
