    MICS Extension Numbers “XC” System

There aren't any installed keycodes for PRIs or anything, but the system is relatively large and I would rather not have to reprogram from scratch (I assume and backup & restore would be useless in this situation?) I'm honestly thinking it may be better to just leave it as is unless you think...

    MICS Extension Numbers “XC” System

I just double checked, it's definitely starting at 477. Does it matter that both fiber cards are combo cards? Are you saying a power cycle will default the system with the new hardware connected? Is there any downside to just doing the change DN method? Jason

    MICS Extension Numbers “XC” System

Software version is 7.1. Will preforming the system restart as you suggested cause any programming to be lost when disconnecting the trunk module? Jason

    MICS Extension Numbers “XC” System

I haven't tested it, but I'm pretty sure like you said, the trunk mods have to be on the first card on the right. Even if they could be moved, the number sequence would still be off between the two cards (300+(16*3)=348). Jason

    MICS Extension Numbers “XC” System

I recently upgrade the software and added a second fiber card on a MICS to add additional station modules. The first fiber card (on the right) has three trunk modules on the top three fiber ports and three station modules on the bottom three fiber ports. The current extensions are 221-300. After...

CallPilot – Time of Day Answer

I understand how to setup the (5) rings on the CallPilot and that is working, but I'm not sure what you mean by service mode. Are you talking about Night Service? If so, is there a way to automate it by time of day instead of requiring a user to enable/disable it? Jason

CallPilot – Time of Day Answer

Can a CallPilot be configured to only answer calls during certain time windows? Ideally, I'd like the auto attendant to answer calls immediately after hours, but only pickup when there is no answer (after maybe 5 rings) during business hours. Jason

    CallPilot AA Transfer Callback Timer

With your assistance I was able to correct "The operator is not available. Exiting the system. Good Bye" issue and now after 12 rings the call returns to the AA. – THANK YOU Still working on the infinite ring situation though, I believe I made all the changes suggested, but I still eventually...

    CallPilot AA Transfer Callback Timer

I am currently using a hunt group (707) which has all of the appropriate end user extensions added and configured to broadcast, but the timer still seems to be relevant. I tried enabling "Return to AA," but this seemed to disable the operator function entirely. With this feature enabled and you...

    CallPilot AA Transfer Callback Timer

Is it possible to disable the Transfer Callback Timer instead of setting it to a max of 12 on a MICS 6.1? I have a CallPilot with AA configured and I'm trying to prevent the the message "The operator is not available. Exiting the system. Good Bye" from being played when the transfer timeout is...
