    bulk insert to a remote server

    I am trying to do a bulk insert of a csv file from a local batch to remote sql server. I do not want to ftp the file to the sql server first because I want all csv files to reside on the batch server. what would be the best way to do this. Can it be done with osql or bcp? If so, how.
