her manager came in and said it never went to ans.serv BUT the nite greeting gave them the ans service number
problem solved
i can't tell you how long i spent about this ,but i knew it would not do...

now they are now telling me when they pressed nite button , (meeting, or lunch ),it would go to ans. serv i am still stumped , but will let you known what i find

Problem : when i call 78 or 79 i get a busy tone , same when i dial 777 both are in #505 group 7
also when dialing F-59 i get PACSR7.091J

I have a customer with a Magix (not sure of rel), they want calls to come in and after 3 to 4 rings if no one answers to forward to a 800 number. I think they have do this thru the provider (call forward-no answer) or is there something in the switch that can do this?
