    Problem with Update (KB2589345)

    My wife's laptop had a problem with this one. Not sure which of the two fixed it but stopping vsmon.exe (ZoneAlarm internet security) and spoolsv,.exe via Task Manager got the stalled installation to continue and complete. Wayne
