    I figured it out. He had given me an incorrect IP and he was being blocked from the firewall.

    When he connects, he gets the error "no answer!" This is driving me nuts because I can't find any solutions relating to this error. What's more, I tried to recreate the error by disabling my clients access to 1723 and gre in the firewall and can connect with NO problem still!! I...
