I figured it out. He had given me an incorrect IP and he was being blocked from the firewall.- Sp0ck

"i assume you checked all his protocols and such almost sounds like he's trying to connect with a protocol you ahve disabled in RRAS what about remote acccess policies, are they set up correctly? in otehr words, does any of his groups have a remote acccess policy assigned to them?"...- Sp0ck

When he connects, he gets the error "no answer!" This is driving me nuts because I can't find any solutions relating to this error. What's more, I tried to recreate the error by disabling my clients access to 1723 and gre in the firewall and can connect with NO problem still!! I...- Sp0ck

How do I create IP's that the firewall will interpret for my VPN?
Hi all, I am a firewall configuration beginner-novice. Can anyone direct me as to the statements I would need in a firewall to nat an IP. I mean for example, can I make up an address/s to lease to my incoming VPN clients (like 10.1.1.10) on the VPN server as long as they are mapped correctly...
