    Personally, I'm not a big fan of CC. I've had problems with them in the past. But it very well could be the idiots that this particular store has hired to work there. I've also noticed that their prices are comparitively higher.

    HDD grinding noise depending on configuration

    I had a similar problem with grinding noises. The best thing to do is DO NOT RUN IT. It'll only cause more damage. I ended up sending my drive to Gillware.com to get the data off of my drive. The drive itself was toasted. I would at least check these guys out. Give them a call and they can...
