Ha, Ebay processor.. 1.266Ghz.. I have DL360 1.266Ghz..it worked rite away.. so to answer my question..and thanks to "TheLad" the DL360 generation 1 does not require a VRM (PPM).

On my DL380 I have 1 74gb scsi hardrive for the OS. I'm using this server as file server on gigabit switch. I already have a 320gb SATA harddrive running on a Silicon controller (add on pci).
