Does any one know the synax for embedding assembler code in a c program using xlc. Thanks -

Thanks for the info. I'm still at a loss, however. From the doc it seems that these locks should be settable from a user process. These are system services for user processes. On the other hand, I can't find a library that gives you access. Could be that these are just internal kernel services... -
