I believe your slashes were correct the first time around... you need to prefix your connection string with an @ symbol. cnnStr=@"Provider=Microsoft.Jet.OLEDB.4.0;Password=;User ID=Admin;Data Source=D:\Inetpub\wwwroot\myweb\dblinks.mdb"- shildebrand
