Can i ghost from ide to sata
The problem is most likely in the bios. In the newest Dell bios, there's a setting that defines the type of communication the motherboard should use in reference to the HDD. These choices are SATA, IDE or COMBINATION. Combination is the obvious, but if my only other choice was IDE, I'd try it.- rmorrisonpueblo
