    Changing icon on homepage

    I should have said I'm using Sharepoint 2003 which has on the toolbar a category Site Settings, but under that there are three sub categories Administration, Customization and Manage my Information. I have been through all these I think and can't find the correct place.

    When I'm on the homepage or most others for that matter, there is an icon top left, presumably set by the style sheet. How can I replace that with my own .gif logo I don't have any special software just office tools

    Sharepoint 2003 annoying warnings

    I am trying to use Sharepoint 2003 as an intranet, but I find that everytime i try to open a document I get an annoying "Some file can harm your computer" etc warning. How can I disable this without changing my overall security settings.
