    Phaser 8400 Major paper jam

    I have a phaser 8400 and I was printing a group of business cards fron the document feeder when it grabbed all 8 sheets. The sheets are solidly wegdged in their. Ehen I try to pull them out the sheet tears. Is there a simple way to release the preasure on the sheets to get them out? Thanks...
