Nevermind i found how to get the Call Appearance Block! Went to Feature Code 43 and it gave me the block that station ID was assigned too. Still need to know what LNR/SPD means though. Thanks!

Thanks Philly, I got it on there but in the process i over wrote the key that goes to Voicemail. I tried putting in F A 01 like all the other phones had for that key but it just comes up as Error when i press it. Any idea how to get the voicemail key back?
