    No video at bootup HELP Please

    All new installation. Intel D850GB Motherboard, 423 piin processor, Arcade FX Geforce2 mx400. When I bootup I get 1 long and 2 short beeps. Which means video problems. But, when I either hit the reset on the front panel or CTRL-ALT-DEL the system boots up goes straight into Windows ME...
