I have an issue with some of my skillsets. They seem to be always in 'Day' mode, even through the 'Service Mode' hours are set correctly. (For example, at 8AM Skillset A shows 'Day', but the Service Mode hours has 9AM set to morning.)

Is there a way to access Dial-by-Name (#) from a submenu? For example:
Caller hears company greeting and presses # - no problem
Caller presses 1 after hearing greeting, and then presses # on the submenu - this does not work, menu just repeats.
Any ideas?
