I can't use port 21
I just installed a clean copy of windows 2000 server without the FTP service under IIS. I then installed a third party FTP program named Serv-U, but it says that port 21 in already in use. I haven't install anything that would use port 21. I've tried installing the IIS FTP but it didn't work...
