Caller I.D. Log Not Capturing History of Calls
Thank you. I used #317 and #318 - now the I.D. log works. Thanks also for the heads up that only one phone can Log All Calls. Great Help!- telehelplisa

Caller I.D. Log Not Capturing History of Calls
Programmed a Caller I.D. Log button on a 'button with lights' for an 18 Button display phone. Caller I.D. is working fine for incoming calls. When customer depresses the Log button to veiw history the display reads "End of Log - Next - Prev". Seems as though extension is not capturing history...- telehelplisa
