    SAV version 9 causes server to not run applications

    I installed SAV 9 on a win2k3 server, then the server would not run applications (as in click an application, nothing happens. Apps worked fine in safe mode). I noticed that both Symantec event manager and webroot were stuck in "starting" on the services so I disabled these. Still no apps...
