    help to set up Nortel Venture auto attendant

    I thought auto attendant would pick up the call as soon as the phone rings, no? Anyway I called the SP and they've up'ed the ring count to 6 for their voice mail. But the auto attendant still doesn't kick in after 6 rings. Is there any more set up that I should do? Thanks.
