Can I access a SQL2000 database on remote server with SQL7 or access
If you have access yes you can get around this. The first step is to setup a file dsn through the odbc admin. once this is done just add a linked table to an access database selecting an odbc source. select the odbc you setup and away you go. I also like to use this to create my SQL for ASP...- peterc
