    a roller maintenance kit? Great! what does it cost? Am I able to change it by myself even I haven't get into a printer. I'm sure not stupid but I cannot say that I'm professional. thanks bridego a great year to you guys.

    13.5 and written in French "bourrage papier" which means that sheets cannot move forward. The message says to get under the cartridge to remove the sheet. Does it help you Michael? Thanks for you help I tried to open every pannel and to clean inside with some alcol but it doesn't work. Bridego
