A record in one of my tables has all kinds of crazy characters in the fields (boxes, @). I cant delete the record. It thinks there is a record in another table liked to it. It says "The search key was not found in any record" The search key is a field in another table which is linked...
I do I create a report that runs a second report if data is found. Example: The report always prints name and address but if there is work history for the person we also want the work history report to print for that person
Is there a way in Access to add text to a report before priting. So when I hit the print report button can I be prompted to add text to the report in a certain field
In MS Access I have this report:
Student(Label): StudentName (Text Box)
----------------------------
School Name(Label): School(Text Box)
GPA (Label): GradeAverage (Text Box)
School Name(Label): School(Text Box)
GPA (Label): GradeAverage (Text Box)
So if the text box is empty on GradeAverage...
