Ok, I've made progress with what I am trying to do. I've updated one of the selector codes (3) from the AA to transfer directly to Hunt Group 1 (771). Now, if no one in the hunt group picks up, is there a way to transfer the call to a voicemail box, or to possibly transfer it to an outside...
hmm... I still can't get the Group Call Distribution (#206) to work correctly. I am guessing that the issue may be that our line 4 doesn't have AA?
I used #206 to assign line 4 to hunt group 1, but when I call directly to line 4 (from outside) it just keeps ringing...
I may have to do what...
